The Assembly of God Church in Aralvaimozhi,Kanyakumari Dist,Tamil Nadu, is an integral part of the General Council of the Assemblies of God of India, started in 1985. The Assemblies of God of India is a Pentecostal Christian denomination in India and a member of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship.

OUR PASTOR

Rev.Pr.T.Devaraj is our senior pastor in AG church Aralvaimozhi and presbyter of AG Nagercoil Section . After completing his bachelor of theology-B.Th in AG Tamilnadu Bible College,Madurai and Master of Divinity-M.div in Southern Asia Bible College,Bangalore, he worked as pastor in Madurai,Salem and Tiruvannamalai Churches.With Gods vision towards the Town Aralvaimozhi, he started the ministry with 0 member in the year 1997 and now the Church congregation has grown to hundreds of born again believers with 2 services every Sunday.
His passion towards bringing people to savior lord has newer reduced and still continues in his mission.

OUR GENERAL MISSION

The overall mission of our church is to work with and under God to restore man’s lost relationship with God and with each other in and through Jesus Christ- To love God and to love man in the way God loves mankind.

In the words of Jesus: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbour as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22: 37-40)

OUR OBJECTIVE

All our efforts, energy, initiatives and the many strands of our work are focused on this objective.

In the words of Paul, the apostle in the Book of Colossians (1:28- 29): “We proclaim him (Christ), admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labour, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.”
